Located in Barrington, NH, Anderson Welding LLC is a quality welding company that specializes in industrial fabrication and construction. We are fully insured and are ISNetWorld qualified. We offer services from fabrication and installation, process piping, ladders, access railings, and earthwork.

Along with quality work done in a timely manner, safety is our main priority. All of our employees are OSHA certified and compliant.

The team at Anderson Welding LLC has been in the industry for over 30 years providing quality fabrication across New England as well as traveling capabilities throughout the entire nation. We provide our services to many natural gas facilities, power stations, steam plants, and utilities companies.

At Anderson Welding LLC, our goal is to provide high-quality welding and fabrication to our customers with an ethical outlook. Jesse Anderson, President and Owner

Jesse brings an aggressive approach to all projects and tasks as he is the founder and CEO, and has worked his way up from being the sole employee, at one time being the only welder, fitter, estimator, and office personal.

Jesse passes on the aggressive and ethical approach through all AWCO employees hand in hand, ensuring quality workmanship in each project.

Nathan Lang – Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Nate has worked in multiple industries throughout his career in roles of increasing responsibility. With involvement in team management, project management, design & product development. Nate’s role is to coordinate the operations of all projects for Anderson Welding. This includes communication with project managers on daily progress, tracking budgetary numbers and change orders, and ensuring adherence to customer specifications with attention to quality and safety. Nate is a veteran and proudly served in the Army National Guard 2-172nd Armor alongside the 10th Mountain Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formally GMI) in Flint MI, a graduate certificate in Project Management from SNHU and an MBA from SNHU.

Erik Gosselin – Project Manager

Erik Has been in the Natural Gas utility industry for 11 years gaining experience in everything from plastic fusion, excavation, coatings to mechanical services. With a primary focus on the
technical side of welding, he is able to safely and consistently complete high risk live gas work to complex piping layouts. Erik’s calm attitude combined with his industry experiences helps the
AWCO team navigate through high risk, and complex projects.

Jasmijn Anderson, Controller

Jasmijn is in charge of HR, coordinating all accounting operational functions, and internal and external financials. She manages all of our bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, scheduling, as well as all human resources responsibilities. Her experience comes from studying marketing and communications at Plymouth State University. You can sometimes find her out of the office and on the job site, doing whatever she can to help get projects completed.

Eric Moen, Field Superintendent

Eric brings 11 years of field experience in the Natural Gas industry. His knowledge of the mechanical industry and his ability to communicate with direct employees makes him a key asset to the success of our company. He allows AWCO to have full confidence that each project is completed decorously and complying to all procedures.

As a California native, Eric has a down to earth personality, fashioning his easygoing nature which makes him a great team leader. The entire crew enjoys working under his dictation, as he shows respect for everyone he encounters.

Ryan Grimaldi, Field Engineer

Ryan has worked in industries related to power generation since 2009. With involvement in nuclear power plant construction, combined cycle power stations, and a nuclear fuel fabrication facility, he has a diverse exposure to industrial construction. Ryan’s role is to be the on-site contact for daily progress, tracking and executing field changes, and ensuring adherence to design with attention to quality and safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, and is an active member of New England Paragliding and Hang Gliding Club (NEPHC).

Yvonne (Eve) Martin, Office Manager

A seasoned administrative professional, Eve brings to the team 25+ years of experience across a broad range of industry in New England, California, and North Carolina, as well as a proven track record of rising to meet whatever skillset is necessary to get the job done right.

Eve attended UC Santa Cruz with a focus on Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety, and is certified in OSHA 30, HAZWOPR and DOT Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training.

Primarily responsible for payroll administration, expense tracking, DOT compliance, EnergyWorldNet operator qualifications, policy standardization, interfacing with customers & vendors, and backing up Jasmijn with HR functions as needed, Eve enthusiastically handles any project or task that comes her way.

When not working, Eve can be found blogging about productivity & organization as well as devoting time to animal rescue. She is quirky, outspoken, and never content with mediocrity.

Brandon Toussaint, QAQC Manager

Brandon has been a part of the AWCO team for over three years and his role within the company is an integral one. Starting out as a laborer and fitter for our welders, Brandon quickly learned how to read isometrics and is responsible for tracking all heat numbers and weld counts. He is responsible for ensuring that AWCO maintains and meets stringent industry standards.

From verifying heat numbers on all pipe and fittings, to keeping documentation current and assuring the accuracy of logs, Brandon’s extreme attention to detail makes him stand out as a key member of our team.

From the start of each job to its completion, Brandon is on point tracking and documenting all necessary details. Utilizing his strong communication skills, Brandon interfaces with our clients to stay a step ahead of customer expectations.

A Baltimore native and submarine military veteran, Brandon brings a sense of structure and worldliness to the company. His focus, meticulous eye and analytical thinking assure AWCO can live up to its dedication to producing only the highest quality work.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys basketball and coaching youth sports.
